The Adorable Ritual Khloé Kardashian Does With Daughter True Every Day

Anyone who follows Khloé Kardashian on social media or even has skimmed through her Instagram page once or twice knows that the 34-year-old reality star absolutely adores being a mother.
From her constant pictures of her daughter’s adorable chubby cheeks, to her Twitter responses explaining her decisions about True’s birth, it’s clear Khloé only wants the best for her kid.
In a recent interview with Refinery29, Khloé revealed an adorable ritual that she practices with her eight-month-old daughter.
“I do affirmations with True every single day," Khloé said. "She's only a few months old, but we stand in the mirror, and I say something to her reflection, and I pretend she’s saying it back to herself."
According to Khloé, the exercise is a way to empower her daughter to feel confident. Khloé and her family, even including little True, live life in the spotlight, which comes with positive and negative effects.
"Social media is a gift and a curse, but I really want to make my daughter feel beautiful and teach her that makeup is fun but, at the end of the day, none of us need it," Kardashian said. "Let it just be something you enjoy."
"No matter the criticism I've received in my life, I've never believed any of it because my family made me feel otherwise," Khloé said.
Khloé’s ability to tune out the haters is practically family tradition at this point.
