Jenelle Evans finally just had the launch party for her makeup line, JE Cosmetics, and people are, unsurprisingly, being ruthless on social media!

Okay, for starters, the comments section on Jenelle's Instagram page might be a little too mean. Some people are dragging the mom-of-three for holding the event at what appeared to be simply the hotel balcony where she and husband, David Eason, were staying. The previous venue in New York City reportedly backed out last minute after animal rights activists protested, and Jenelle apparently had to get creative with a new location.

Responding to her caption in which Jenelle thanks someone for the venue, one person wrote, "I’m a producer and you can’t call something a venue if you’re sleeping there, a venue is a place that has an opening time and a closing time."

And it seems literally everything surrounding the event is getting trolled to death. For instance, the JE Cosmetics page posted a pic on Instagram of a little dog, and someone wrote, "Lucky she didn't get shot."

While I want to cut Jenelle some slack, the animal rights activists do have a very legitimate point. David shot and killed her dog earlier this year, which led to Jenelle's termination from Teen Mom 2 and CPS removing their children from their home until the court deemed it a safe place.

In light of these facts, many fans wrote that they would not be supporting JE Cosmetics. One person wrote, "Since you’re a proud supporter for animal abusers, I won’t even think about spending a dime on your cheap makeup."

Others are trolling the positive comments on the JE Cosmetics account, asking how anyone could have possibly received their brow kit yet if the launch party just happened, speculating that the comments are phony and written by Jenelle's team.

Yikes. That's a lot of negative backlash, but Jenelle keeps moving forward.
