Chelsea Houska got really real with haters on social media this week. OK! Magazine reports that the mom-of-three was accused of plastic surgery by followers, specifically of getting breast augmentation.

The Teen Mom 2 star quickly clapped back, writing on Twitter, “My boobs are wrinkled and shriveled after breastfeeding. I had a nice push up bra on today lolllll.”

But the accusations didn't stop there. After someone mentioned Houska’s slim figure online, a follower posted that she was able to keep the weight off because she was prescribed Adderall for ADD, even having the guts to say that the drug was reason she was having panic attacks.

The budding entrepreneur shot back, “I actually do not take that lol. I am very dedicated to eating right on my diet.”

Though the exchange was a little salty at first, it ended well. The user apologized for the misdiagnosis, and encouraged the 28-year-old reality star that there is a way to find peace with anxiety. They wrote, “One thing I am qualified to tell you though is issues with anxiety and panic attacks CAN go away [100%] (even if it’s not from taking anything). Feels like hell but it’s NOT forever.”

Houska took the opportunity to share how she has been feeling, explaining, “I am making so much progress with it…[Finally] seeing that there is light at the end of the tunnel I was in. Been a year of working on myself for sure!”

Though trolls are nasty most of the time, it is good to see Houska sticking up for herself, and the internet responding kindly.
