Stranger Things fans or private detectives? Yahoo! reports that fans of the sci-fi drama may have uncovered a new and potentially tumultuous character development.

Last month, Netflix released a video on Twitter showing the cast of Stranger Things gathering for a table read of season four, which you can watch below. The clip is great; not only is it filmed by the cast on a camera that hasn't seen the light of day since probably the '90s, but the video is also packed full of adorable reunions between the actors.

At one point you see Finn Wolfhard, who plays Mike Wheeler, and David Harbour, who plays Chief Hopper, smile and rush to give each other hugs. Adorable! However, Yahoo! relays that Reddit user LastWarrior24 posted a photo from the video that looks like actor Ross Patridge at the table reading. If that name doesn't sound familiar, it's because it's the name of the actor who plays Lonnie Byers, Will and Jonathan's father and Joyce's ex-husband, who hasn't appeared since season one.

Lonnie's presence makes some sense going into the new season, with Joyce, Eleven, Will, and Jonathan moving away from Hawkins after Hopper's apparent demise. The show has reportedly filmed on location in New Mexico, so perhaps the Byers traded Indiana for the Southwest. Even though production for the upcoming season is on hold amid Coronavirus, every new piece of information about what's to come has me more intrigued. Hopefully, Lonnie's character is there for good and not for evil, as his son has already been abducted by an inter-dimensional monster, and seriously has enough to deal with.

I can't wait to see what season four of Stranger Things has in store!
