Matarazzo, who plays Dustin, told The Telegraaf that the show has at least a couple more seasons left.
“I know that [creators] Matt and Ross [Duffer], their goal is not to go as many seasons as possible,” Matarazzo said. “It’s to go until they finish their story, and I’ve heard the magic number is either four or five.”
Matarazzo also reavealed some info about Stranger Things 3, saying it will be “scarier, darker and funnier.”
The actor also shared that the third season took a long time to shoot, with filming beginning at the end of April and wrapping up this November. We can expect it to hit Netflix next summer.
