See Tristan Thompson's Instagram Post One Year After Khloé Kardashian Cheating Scandal

As hard as it might be to believe, this week marks the one-year anniversary of Tristan Thompson's first major cheating scandal coming to light, as the video of him kissing a woman who was not Khloé Kardashian was published online on April 10, 2018. So much has unfolded since that terrible incident (including another very public infidelity), and it seems KoKo is finally moving on from the relationship.

But what's the Cleveland Cavaliers player up to one year later? Well, posting a rare photo of himself on Instagram, for starters. The 28-year-old NBA star took to the social media platform yesterday to share a pic of him looking off into the distance, standing on the roof of a high building in Canada. His caption? Simply the Canadian flag.

The NBA season has just wrapped up, but instead of going to Los Angeles to see his and Khloé's daughter True, it appears he preferred a vacation.

"Tristan’s first stop after the end of his NBA season was not to Calabasas see his baby True or Khloe, but up to Canada to visit other family and friends," a source tells Hollywood Life. "Tristan is focused on himself right now. While he may miss his new baby, he is exhausted from the long season and needed to go to up to Canada to get in touch with his people. He knows that Khloe is taking good care of his baby, so his top priority now that he has some free time is taking care of himself first."

While fans are left wondering what the status truly is between KoKo and Tristan—as the 34-year-old reality star has made clear how important a civil relationship is for the sake of their child

—sources say Khloé is done with the basketball player "for good."

“Khloé is really enjoying the single life, and spending time with her favorite person in the world: True!," an insider recently dished to Entertainment Tonight. "She still feels betrayed by Tristan but she isn't allowing that to affect her happiness any longer. Khloé loves with all of her heart and gave Tristan another chance but that relationship is over for good. Khloé is taking time to be single, enjoy her friends and family and focus on her business."

Sadly, it looks like Khloé and Tristan are truly better apart. A lot might've changed since the first cheating scandal a year ago, but our opinion stays the same: KoKo deserves so much better. And we hope one day, she gets just that.
