Scarlett Johansson Describes ‘Avengers: Endgame’ as a ‘Poetic and Beautiful Valentine’
By Hannah Wigandt

Marvel fans have been gifted (or teased) with the two trailers that have been released for Avengers: Endgame, and there has been a ton of analyzing. There will definitely be huge fight scenes and deaths no doubt, but from what we've seen so far, would you call the film a "beautiful valentine"?
Those are the words straight from the horse's mouth, or Black Widow herself, Scarlett Johansson. She recently spoke to Empire about what she had seen from the film, which will conclude ten years of movies.
"From what I can tell, what's foremost in the [Russo] Brothers' minds is really delivering something that is a poetic and beautiful Valentine to a decade of madness," Johansson claimed.
The ending of Avengers: Infinity War was arguably most heartbreaking scene in MCU history, but it's not over yet. Endgame will have to answer a lot of questions and hopefully bring back all our favorite characters, with the help of the remaining Avengers, alongside Black Widow, who looks seriously mad in the new preview.
"Nat is a very pragmatic person," Johansson said of her character, Natasha Romanova. "She's looking for answers. She was trained, and born and bred to finish the job. When we find her, she's f**king pissed off. The one thing we know about Natasha is that she's going to hunker down and she's going to get those motherf**kers. That's her MO."
It's game over for the Avengers when Endgame premieres April 26.
