Robert Downey Jr. and Other Marvel Stars to Appear in Jon Favreau's 'The Chef Show'

Jon Favreau is rounding up a few Marvel stars to assemble for his new Netflix series, The Chef's Show. The cooking show is a take off Favreau's 2014 film Chef, and follows the Iron Man director and longtime collaborator Roy Choi as they make lots of tasty dishes for some of their famous friends.

In one episode, the duo dines in Atlanta with the likes of Spider-Man actor Tom Holland, Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr., Avengers: Endgame directors, the Russo Brothers, along with Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige.

Other episodes will feature the likes of Bill Burr, Andrew Rea, Evan Kleiman, Jazz Singsanong, Robert Rodriguez, David Chang, Aaron Franklin, and another Marvel star, Gwyneth Paltrow.

“During the production of Chef, I developed a much deeper understanding of the ways in which we express our emotions, share our cultures, and seek meaningful connections through the act of cooking and eating,” Favreau wrote in a statement from Netflix. “I am so nostalgic about that time and those experiences — this series gives me the perfect opportunity to get back in the kitchen and create some new memories.”

Favreau's Chef, which he co-produced with Choi, proved to be a great success, making over $45 million in the box office. We're excited to see what this pair brings to the table with their latest venture.
