Rob Kardashian shared with fans that he's getting back into a fitness routine. On Monday, the 32-year-old Kardashian family member posted on Twitter a picture inside a gym, complete with a basketball hoop, weight benches, ropes and multiple resistance machines. He wrote: "Day 1 all good" followed by muscle arm, pregnant women and Vulcan finger emojis.

Fans jumped in with support, encouraging the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, and saying they can't wait to see his progress on his weight loss journey. Some fans wondered if this new gym kick was in response to Kardashian's recent flirting with Dominican singer, Natti Natasha. If you haven't heard, Natasha recently posted a selfie and Rob re-posted it, captioned: "Oh hi."

Kardashian's sister, Khloé Kardashian, recently weighed in and grilled her baby brother on who this woman is that he seems so enamoured by.

Kardashian has a history of struggling with his weight, and it's led to reclusiveness from his family's reality TV show. In an episode of Rob & Chyna, the star got real on his insecurities, saying, according to People, “I gained a bunch of weight and was super uncomfortable in my skin. The whole weight thing really affected me.”

Other sources told People that Rob's biggest weakness is comfort food. Others noted that after his split from Blac Chyna, Rob got in better shape, but it didn't last. “Things were looking good for him. But then drama comes into his life or he goes through tough times and he gives up,” an insider said.

But his daughter, Dream, is his main motivation always. We're hopeful Rob keeps up this new healthy lifestyle.
