Rob Kardashian Reportedly Accusing Blac Chyna of Pointing Gun at His Head During a Fight

Rob Kardashian is making some serious accusations against his ex-fiancé, reports Us Weekly.

In court papers obtained by the publication, Rob claims that Chyna not only hit him with a metal pole and attempted to choke him with a phone charger, but she also held a gun to his head. He stated that he "feared for his life," while his lawyer said, "Chyna’s erratic conduct under the influence of alcohol and drugs culminated in her physically assaulting and battering Rob and causing significant property damage."

The couple had more than their fair share of drama while they were an item. The incident reportedly occurred during an argument that took place prior to their their messy breakup in 2016, and was apparently one of the final straws. After that, the two began an ugly custody battle over their daughter, Dream, that finally ended last year.

According to the publication, Rob called Kris Jenner and she sent boyfriend Corey Gamble to the scene, where he attempted to separate the two and allegedly Chyna “continued to beat Rob around the head, face and back.” And it didn't stop there. When Kardashian attempted to leave, he says that Chyna threw a chair at his car.

The document says that the damages were more than just physical, and that Rob suffered severe “emotional distress." The publication also notes that Chyna's lawyer claimed these "violent attacks" never happened, and that whatever went on that night between the tumultuous two, it was far from "assault and battery."
