Rihanna Makes Her Opinion on Super Bowl Known as Fellow Flight Passengers Watch Game
By Jennifer Fabiano

Rihanna turned down the Super Bowl halftime show in support of former 49ers quarterback and activist Colin Kaepernick, so it’s no surprise that the 30-year-old singer wasn't rushing to watch the big game on Sunday night.
Millions tuned in to watch the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams face off, but Rihanna took to Instagram to prove that she could not care less. In a series of Instagram Stories, the singer made it clear there was no way she was supporting the National Football League after its treatment of Kaepernick.
On Sunday night, there were a few passengers aboard RiRi’s flight who wanted to watch the game while in the air, and she didn’t miss the chance to troll them in front of her 67.2 million Instagram followers. In the first video, another passenger can be heard asking about how to watch the game on the flight.
In the next, Rihanna filmed the top of the head of the passenger who asked about the game, and labeled him a "weirdo" for wanting to support the NFL.
While some thought that RiRi was asking how she could watch the Super Bowl while aboard her flight in the first video, she set the record straight with one final Instagram Story.
While we really would've loved a Super Bowl halftime performance from RiRi, we just can't wait until her next album drops sometime this year.
