In a recent Reddit poll, as reported by ComicBook.com, fans were given the opportunity to vote on their favorite TV show to come out of Marvel's Cinematic Universe. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. took the first place, while Netflix's Daredevil came in second. The poll targeted 240 of the community's most active members and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. surprisingly took in over 50% of the poll at 136 votes. Daredevil came in with 79 votes.

The rest of the shows did quite poorly. The Punisher, though in third place, only got 3% of the votes. Jessica Jones squeaked by with just over 2% and Agent Carter got 1.67%. Luke Cage got three votes in total and Cloak & Dagger got two. The other shows, like Inhumans, Iron Fist, The Defenders, and Runaways, got one vote each. Ouch. You can view the poll here.

Daredevil has such a massive following, it's pretty shocking it didn't win the vote. When the series was cancelled on Netflix, fans even began #SaveDaredevil movement, in hopes for it to get picked up by another network somehow. According to Comicbook.com, its fan base still organizes events around the show, hoping executives notice and agree to renew it someday.

In the end, the results might stem from the fact that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has been running since 2013, currently on its sixth season on ABC. In comparison, Daredevil only saw three seasons, and was made available by Netflix.
