New Rumors About Kylo Ren's New Helmet in 'Star Wars: Episode IX' Emerge
By Hannah Wigandt

It seems the Skywalker family loves to cover their faces with big black helmets. Does it make them feel more powerful or even more evil? These looks from Star Wars have been ingrained in our brains since watching the first ever film in 1977. But who knew major rumors could come from just a helmet?
A new rumor states Kylo Ren's Vader-like helmet will be back and neatly placed on that beautiful thick head of hair in Star Wars: Episode IX. In The Last Jedi, fans saw Kylo destroy his helmet into little pieces after he was teased by Snoke. One thing you don't want to do is tease Darth Vader's grandson.
Since new leaked photos depict Kylo has constructed a new helmet, fans have been claiming that there might be a twist here. What if it's not Kylo wearing the helmet but someone else? (If you haven't seen the photos, click here.)
Kylo is, as we know, the master of the Knights of Ren. Now we've heard literally nothing about them since The Force Awakens, but now some are speculating one of the members glued the helmet back together and is pretending to be Kylo.
The suspected reason for the impersonation is even cooler. What if the person pretending to be Kylo took over as leader because Kylo turned to the light and returned to being Ben Solo?
All this could be related to the fact that people have been starting rumors that Darth Vader will return through the Vader helmet that Kylo kept. Sith helmets have a power of talking to other Sith users, so it's not crazy to think it could happen in the final chapter of the Skywalker Saga.
In any case, all of this is just another thing to ponder about while we wait for Episode IX to come out on Dec. 20, 2019.
