Millie Bobby Brown's Midi Dress Criticism Forces Her to Clap Back at Claims She Should Act Her Age
By Jennifer Fabiano

Millie Bobby Brown has achieved incredible success for a girl her age. At only 14 years old, Brown got paid $350,000 per episode on Stranger Things 3 and was even named the youngest goodwill ambassador ever by the United Nations children’s agency, UNICEF.
While this is all very impressive, some haters are calling out Millie to act her age.
This began when the actress posted a picture to Instagram over the weekend in which she's wearing a bodycon dress that falls below her knees and a pair of black studded heels.
Some Instagram users believed this outfit was not appropriate for a 14-year-old girl, and let their feelings show in the comments section of the post. “Act your age,” one Instagram user bluntly wrote. Another wrote, “Take your mother's dress off and go put something age appropriate on that little girls [sic] body of yours!!" A third added, “I thought u were 14...not 19?!?"
While many comments called for Brown to dress more age-appropriately, her ex-boyfriend Jacob Sartorius spoke up to show his support. "Stunning," he wrote, with a heart emoji.
Brown also did not remain quiet amongst all the criticism. Along with a selfie, she wrote a message to haters on her Instagram story. "ik everyone on my last pic wants me to 'act my age' but quite frankly its [sic] my instagram and if i choose to post that picture and you don't like it...scroll past it," the actress stated.

This isn't the first time the actress has gotten shamed for what she wore in an Instagram picture. In September, someone commented that Brown's skirt was too short. Brown clapped back at that hater, too.
We're happy Millie is able to stick up for herself in these situations because we've been loving her looks lately.
