Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Are Reportedly Considering Sending Child to American School

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are known for ditching royal protocol and living their lives the way they want to, so raising their future children should be no different.

Controversy has surrounded the couple since their marriage, as "out with the old and in with the new" seems to be their motto. While keeping some royal rules, they have broken a lot more. And especially with the imminent birth of their first child, people are already speculating which rules they will be ignoring.

Meghan has already broken tradition by getting a doula, someone who helps before and after birth. And now there have been rumors that the Duke and Duchess will send their child to an American school.

According to E! News, the royals are apparently considering sending their child to private, co-ed ACS Egham International School in Egham, Surrey, formerly known as the American Community School, ACS, which offers an American curriculum to students aged four to 18.

The school is also conveniently right across the way from their new home, Frogmore Cottage.

Harry and Meghan's nephew Prince George has recently been enrolled at Thomas' London Day School. Before that, Harry and William attended Eton College as boys, and their father, Prince Charles, attended Cheam Preparatory School.

On the other hand, Harry and Meghan "are thought to want a more diverse education for their child," sources told E! News. "Meghan is also keen for her child to be fully aware of his or her American heritage."

As of now, Kensington Palace has not commented.
