UPDATE: Marvel has responded to the backlash following Danai Gurira's exclusion from the Avengers: Endgame poster. "She should have been up there all this time," they tweeted, along with an updated version.

Marvel has just released the official poster for Avengers: Endgame and instead of exciting fans, it's angered quite a few. Out of the 13 main characters that are pictured on the poster, only 12 of them got their names printed on the top. This would be everyone except actress Danai Gurira.

From the Oscar nominated Black Panther, Gurira plays Okoye in the MCU, general of the Dora Milaje. While she is not battling villains in Wakanda, Gurira fights off zombies on The Walking Dead, in which she has been a leading character since its third season.

Okoye could have a big presence in Endgame because she is still around after Thanos' snap, plus she's on the poster, so why did she get left out of the cast list? Bradley Cooper even got a mention, despite him only voicing the role of Rocket Raccoon.

Gurira's name is kind of included on the the poster, only in the teeny tiny font at the bottom, which isn't the same. And fans are just downright angry.

Even though her name doesn't appear next to the rest of the superheroes, we know we'll see Okoye kick some butt when the time comes. Endgame hits theaters on April 26.
