Even Luke Skywalker can be a superfan.

Screen Rant reports that world-famous horror writer, Stephen King, recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly and was asked what his spooky recommendations were for the Halloween season. The iconic author stated that he was impressed with the newly released Chucky remake, Child’s Play, in which Mark Hamill voices the possessed doll. King even went as far as to say, “Mark Hamill does the voice of Chucky and I just f**king loved that movie.”

Though the film has received mixed reviews, it probably doesn’t matter to Hamill now that one of his favorite authors has loved his work. The Star Wars actor took to Twitter to release his inner fangirl about the news, writing, “‘Mark Hamill did the voice of Chucky & I f---ing loved that movie.’ As a lifelong @StephenKing fanatic, I'm thrilled beyond words to be a part of something HE loved! Do you think his @ChildsPlayMovie quote would make a good tattoo?”

Though a tattoo might not be the wisest choice, we can definitely understand his excitement. When the king of horror, with iconic novels under his belt like The Shining and It, says he loves a scary movie you were in, then you must have done something right.
