Maisie Williams Shares Her Heartwarming First Memory of 'Game of Thrones'

When Maisie Williams first arrived on the Game of Thrones set, she was just a 13-year-old novice preparing for her first on-screen role. Today, the actress is a veteran and one of the most beloved stars in the series.
With the final season approaching, Williams now gets to look back at some of her top memories on the set. During the 2018 Comic Con Experience, Williams was asked what her very first Game of Thrones memory was. Her response was ultra sweet.
"Meeting [Sophie Turner]…and to having a decade long friendship with her," she said.

Williams was also asked which character she would marry, and her answer came as little surprise. "[Turner's character] Sansa Stark because she's fit and fierce," she said.
While Turner and Williams marrying each other in real life is highly unlikely, Williams will be one of the bridesmaids at Turner's wedding next year to Joe Jonas.
