Kylie Jenner Reportedly Taking Legal Action After Company Tries to Trademark 'Stormi Couture'

There's a storm brewing from Kylie Jenner! According to TMZ, the makeup mogul is going after a company that is attempting to profit by using the moniker "Stormi Couture," which seems like an obvious reference to her daughter, Stormi Webster.
Stormi isn't exactly a common name, and the spelling specifically is essentially synonymous with Kylie's two-year old child, who she shares with Travis Scott. Apparently, a company called Business Moves Consulting filed to trademark "Stormi Couture" just one month after Ky gave birth. Business Moves actually filed a lawsuit against the reality star when she tried to trademark her daughter's name, as well as the phrase "StormiWorld," which seems to be the theme of Stormi's birthday every year. I mean, once you buy a giant inflatable of your daughter's head, you have to use it forever.
As reported by TMZ, Business Moves slapped Kylie with a lawsuit because they registered their "Stormi Couture" trademark before Kylie applied hers, but the Kylie Cosmetics founder isn't backing down that easily. The youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister has asked that the trademark office cancel the trademark, claiming that Stormi has "achieved fame in her own right" and the company is attempting to profit from the use of her daughter's name.
Stormi has indeed become an established mini celebrity. She even has her own Kylie Cosmetics collection already, and the girl is only two! Legal documents reportedly say that "The Stormi name is well known, and uniquely and unmistakably is associated with Stormi Webster." You tell 'em, Stormi! Hopefully, everything works out and Kylie can use the trademark however she wants.
