It looks like Kylie Jenner is shifting her business interests from poppin’ lipstick to poppin’ bottles.

The 21-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has apparently decided to expand her brand to include liquor. TMZ reports today that Jenner applied for trademarks for "Kylie" and "Kylie Jenner” for her new beverage line.

The cosmetic mogul recently trademarked these two names for different goods, but is now reportedly focusing her attention on placing those marks on spirits, liquor, wine, alcohol cocktail mixes, prepared wine cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks.

Jenner also began to expand her business just last month when she reportedly filed trademarks for "Kylie Baby," her reported upcoming brand of strollers and baby products. She also reportedly trademarked the name “Kylie Hair” for a supposed line of hair straighteners, curling irons, and products.

The mother of Stormi was named by Forbes as the world’s youngest self-made billionaire for her cosmetics line and various ventures. In the interview, Jenner attributed her influence on her internet following, stating, “It’s the power of social media. I had such a strong reach before I was able to start anything.”

But we have to wonder if this reach will last in her new business ventures. Forbes reported at the time of the article that Kylie Cosmetics “went from essentially zero to $307 million in sales within a year of launching but managed only single-digit growth in 2017 and 2018…That’s despite adding 30 new products in 2017, including concealer and makeup brushes, and many more color combinations in 2018.”

Will Kylie’s booze brand be another billionaire venture, or will her business slowly start losing steam?
