All About Kylie Jenner's Reported $15 Million Vacant Lot Purchase

Can't stop, won't stop! Billionaire makeup mogul Kylie Jenner just made headlines a few weeks ago for purchasing an estate in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles for a reported $36.5 million, and it looks like that was only the beginning for her latest real estate shopping spree.

As reported by Variety, the 22-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has just bought a vacant lot in Hidden Hills, L.A. for a cool $15 million. The publication reports that the space is measured at five acres, and is "one of the largest in all of Hidden Hills." Only the biggest and most extravagant for King Kylie, of course! Reportedly, plans are in place for the lot to have a 18,000 sq. ft mansion built on it, along with a 12-car garage, pool, guesthouse, and more.

Apparently, this space is perfect for A-list celebrities, because Variety also reports that none other than Miley Cyrus was the owner of the property from 2015 to 2018. According to a story from the Los Angeles Times, the "Malibu" songstress sold the Hidden Hills space, referred to as an "equestrian ranch," for $5 million. The Tennessee native certainly had a different vision for the land than we're sure the lip kit queen will, as Miley had a vineyard, 10-stall barn, and a chicken coop. Though Kylie is a a chicken lover, we don't see her using this space as a farm anytime soon!

We'll be curious to see what Kylie has built on his spacious lot, and can't wait to see what other properties she buys—and for what!
