Kris Jenner really taught her daughters to be the best women they can be, even with a focus on the art of business. Kourtney Kardashian has recently opened up about how she first started out in the business world as the iconic Momager's assistant.

Kardashian spoke about her mother in her first interview for her new lifestyle website Poosh. She sat down with KJ and talked all things "how to be a boss."

"So one thing I don’t think people realize is that I used to be your assistant and that I learned so much from you about being a boss," said Kardashian. "I just remembered that I don’t take no for an answer and I learned that from you and I think that’s an important thing for any boss woman to know."

“I really have a hard time taking the answer no and it’s about knowing how to get the answer yes," Kardashian continued, to which Jenner added, “And it’s exhausting. It’s a lot of work to get a yes. And then when you get the yes, it’s a commitment.”

Jenner also revealed she actually learned a lot from Kardashian as well. “First of all, when you were my assistant, that was such a great experience for me too because … you were such a great little student,” she told her eldest daughter.

“And I learned so much about being organized and just listening to you on the phone, closing deals and getting your way," the 39-year-old star replied.

Jenner also shared some serious life advice for all the fans watching, with Kardashian agreed with.

“My general motto in my life for years has been if somebody says no, you’re talking to the wrong person,” the mom-of-six stated. “And I think that there’s so many times in life that I have taken no for an answer and regretted it later. And I think the older you get and the more experience you become in life and as a mom, or in business or in anything that you’re doing in your life, you just become more mature. … It’s more wisdom, but more experience, because being a boss and being in charge is a very brave thing to do.”

We love a good mother-daughter bonding session in the Kardashian clan.
