Kim Kardashian is speaking out in the name of social justice. After a 24-year-old black male named Robert Fuller was found hanging from a tree near Palmdale City Hall in California, she's amongst the growing list of celebrities to demand a deeper investigation.

As NBC News reports, the body was found by a person passing by, and authorities deemed Fuller's death to be a suicide. Now, Kim's asking her 65 million Twitter followers for help. "Robert Fuller was found dead June 10, 2020, hanging from a tree outside City Hall Palmdale. Sign this petition to demand for a thorough and proper investigation," she wrote, before adding the hashtag "#JusticeforRobertFuller."

Kim isn't the only celebrity to raise an eyebrow at Fuller's death. Jameela Jamil used her platform to probe followers to support the GoFundMe page launched by Fuller's family. "Police have dismissed it as suicide. We all call bulls**t," she tweeted.

Viola Davis also weighed in, urging followers not to let Fuller's death pass silently, and sharing the number to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Bureau. You can see her full message below.

As for Fuller's family, they are insistent that his passing cannot be chalked up to suicide. Per E! News, one relative told local news station Fox 11 that she is, "disgusted by the word suicide that keeps being thrown around when they don't know."

"My little cousin is not suicidal," another family member said. "My cousin did not kill himself. We are not going to stop until we get answers." You can sign the petition demanding a thorough investigation here.
