Kim Kardashian Deletes Instagram Story Praising Dolce and Gabbana After Designer Shades Her

Some of Kim Kardashian's social media usage leaves you scratching your head, but last night's may have taken the cake.

So it all began with your average Kim K Instagram story, featuring her flaunting one of her new accessories. This time, it was several Dolce & Gabbana sequined tuxedo jackets. Narrating the video, Kim enthusiastically says, "So I come home to these amazing, huge Dolce & Gabbana boxes.” However, shortly after posting it, the reality star took the video off of her IG story.

In all likelihood, the deletion of the video had to do with Stefano Gabbana, co-founder of the luxury designer label, and his distaste for the Kardashian family.

This past July, Gabbana commented, "The most cheap people in the world" on a photo featuring three of the Kardashian sisters and Kris Jenner.

And if that's not what made Kim realize posting the video was ill-advised, hopefully the leaked comments Gabbana made about Chinese people did. Gabbana's racist comments calling China an "ignorant dirty smelling mafia" and "a country of sh*t," were leaked in November.

As @dolcegabbana prepares to mount their next runway show in Shanghai this coming evening (7:30PM) and the rest of Instagram fawns over what’s sure to be an overly lavish “love letter” to China, we’ll be wondering if we’ll see chopsticks as hair ornaments, take-out boxes as purses, or even kimonos misappropriated as Chinese costume. Time will tell. For now, we’ll let y’all simmer on this DM between Stefano and Dieter @michaelatranova (chronology is reversed in slides). Word has it that they’re still in the process of model casting (over 200 Asian girls scheduled)...wouldn’t let them walk the show if we were their agents lol. Also, curious what the Chinese government will think of their country being called shit basically...especially considering how strict they are on who to allow to enter the country on work visas based on a thorough social media background checks. • #DGTheGreatShow #DGlovesChina #runway #fashionshow #cancelled #racism #dolceandgabbana #altamoda #rtw #dgmillennials #stefanogabbana #shanghai #chinese #china #wtf #dumb #lame #asianmodel #asian #dietprada

The fashion designer and his business partner Domenico Dolce claimed they were hacked in an apology video, which has since been deleted... which basically means they realized no one was buying the "I was hacked" excuse.

Hopefully, Kim will make better decisions in the future on who and what she shares on her social media, considering the fact she has nearly half-a-billion followers across all of her platforms.
