Khloé Kardashian Hits Back at Instagram Trolls Dragging Her for Having Long Nails
By Olivia Montine

When your last name is Kardashian, you're bound to find yourself under a negative headline fairly often--for just about anything.
Khloé Kardashian found herself in the middle of a mom-shaming controversy over the weekend when she posted a photo of her long matte red manicure, with lots of users putting in their two cents as to how it could affect her parenting.
"How do you change diapers and dress your child with those nails? Crazy," said one Instagram user, with another commenting, "Horrible. I understand she doesn't take care of her baby. Impossible." The reality star took to Twitter today to clap back at the nasty comments, highlighting that "there are more serious things to discuss."
It’s annoying when people talk about my nails. Trust me, I manage just fine. The same way I take care of myself, I take care of my baby. There are more serious things to discuss. At least I would hope. ? happy Monday to you

Some fans have defended the mother of 10-month-old True Thompson, however, with one commenting on the photo, "All the comments about how she changes the diaper, does the baby look neglected????? No. In fact her baby looks well cared for," and affirmed that the mother's actions were not harmful to her daughter.
Kardashian faced a similar backlash earlier this year, when she posted a snap of her long burgundy nails in January. She received comments about how people believed the lengthy nails would somehow harm her baby.
The Kardashians are under the microscope a lot, but this may just be a new level. One user who commented on Kardashian's photo said it best: "girl keep being an amazing mom to that beautiful baby and do not let these comments affect you."
