The Marvel Cinematic Universe is unfortunately staying true to their prior statement that they will not be talking about new movies until Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home have both come out.

This includes staying tight-lipped about Millie Bobby Brown’s rumored involvement in The Eternals.

Digital Spy reports that, at a recent Spider-Man: Far from Home press event, MCU head Kevin Feige addressed the rumors about Brown, as well as actor Donnie Yen, securing roles in the MCU's upcoming films. Yen is apparently being considered for Shang-Chi.

Feige responded, "Both good actors that would be fun to see in the MCU...But nothing specific, or nothing to talk about…We're still, as I've said for the better part of a year or two, we're waiting for Endgame and Far from Home to come out before we talk about what's next, officially. We're almost there.”

Other actors that have been mentioned in the whispers are Angelina Jolie, who would allegedly play opposite Brown, along with Keanu Reeves.

Feige recently confirmed that Keanu Reeves has been in talks with Marvel Studios over a potential appearance in a film, however nothing has come to fruition. He told Comicbook.com, “We talk to him for almost every film we make. I don't know when, if, or ever he'll join the MCU, but we very much want to figure out the right way to do it.”

Like Reeves, Brown seems like an obvious choice for the franchise. She has already proved her supernatural acting chops in her breakout role as Eleven on the Netflix series, Stranger Things.

The 15-year-old English actress also made her movie debut last month in Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
