'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' Season 16 Premiere: 5 Major Moments

The time has come! Keeping Up With the Kardashians returned for its sixteenth season tonight, and as expected, some drama ensued. The premiere begins with Kanye making his confessional debut, and ends with a huge feud coming to an end. If you haven't seen the episode, we got you on the five biggest moments.
1. Kim and Kanye Announce Baby #4
Tonight's episode starts out with KimYe telling the family that they have a fourth baby on the way. As seen previously in the preview, everyone has very excited reactions, but our favorite has to be Mason's: "Another one" (DJ Khaled voice).
2. Khloé and Tristan Are "Great"
...Awkward! This episode shows KoKo and Tristan in a better place than last season, as the reality star explains in the beginning that they're "great." He's shown on FaceTime with her as she does a Good American photoshoot, but isn't mentioned much following. We'll definitely see their relationship crumble as the episodes go on, unfortunately.
3. Kim and Kanye's Drama With Rhymefest
After Kanye's controversial return to Twitter last year, he unsurprisingly received a ton of backlash, even from his own friends. Back in May, Kim had a public fight on Twitter with Rhymefest, a good friend of Kanye's who he frequently collaborated with. Tonight's episode shows the married couple meeting with the artist after they visited Chicago, and we see the three try to work out their conflicts. In the end, they eventually do.
4. Kourtney Copes With Split From Younes Bendjima
News hit in Aug. 2018 that Kourtney and Younes Bendjima had split after dating for over a year. Although the model was rarely ever featured in KUWTK, we did see a lot of him on social media. Tonight's episode shows Kourt vacationing in Palm Springs with Kendall, Khloé, and a bunch of friends, however the mom-of-three is having trouble getting out of her breakup funk. She ultimately is cheered up by everyone and seems very hopeful about the future.
5. Scott and MJ Bond
As we've seen in previous seasons, Scott Disick (Kourtney's baby daddy) and MJ (Kris Jenner's mom) have a really great relationship. As the father-of-three lost both of his parents, he really sees MJ as a mother figure and a good friend. Tonight's premiere shows the pair bonding again, even finding a new tea spot to hang out at.
