Kate Beckinsale Responds to Comment About Pete Davidson on Instagram
By Olivia Montine

The comments section of any celebrity's Instagram is bound to be flooded with both love and hate, and some users will go as far as to utilize comments to instigate drama surrounding a celebrity's personal life.
Underworld star Kate Beckinsale got a taste of this comment drama over the weekend, when she posted a snap of herself in front of a black and white picture of late Queen front man Freddie Mercury, captioned, "Trying to look like someone who was not wildly over excited about this picture or startled while planning a sneaky lick of Freddie's eyeball."
Under the picture, some users tried to steer the focus to the star's possible romance with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson. One commenter asked, "Is that a painting of Pete Davidson?"
We couldn't help but laugh at the comment, especially since Kate mentioned exactly who the portrait was of in her caption. The actress had a similar reaction. "GREAT EYE," she sarcastically replied to the comment.
This isn't the first time Beckinsale, 45, has had to deal with comments about her relationship to Davidson. Earlier this month when the pair was seen in public together for the first time, a user commented on a photo of the duo, "Dear heavens, Kate. Not Pete Davidson."
While nothing is official with these two, we love seeing Kate take comments like this in stride.
