It seems to me that the Kardashians can't make up their minds about whether or not to take the coronavirus pandemic seriously. One minute, they are donating to help those affected in the U.S., and the next they are covering their mansions in toilet paper as a joke. As reported by Cosmopolitan, Khloé Kardashian and her nephew Mason Disick decided it would be a good idea to T-P Kourtney Kardashian's house, despite the fact that there is a global toilet paper shortage due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Kourtney shared videos of her house covered in toilet paper on her Instagram Story, saying it was the most "excitement" she's had in a while and calling the prank "genius." I'm not sure "genius" is the right word, Kourt. Kris Jenner also shared a clip of the toilet paper-covered mansion, jokingly commenting, "Who'd you piss off?" Not only did they waste a bunch of toilet paper, but it seems the whole family thought it was a great joke.

If you take a look at the videos reposted on Twitter, you can tell that Khloé and Mason had to have squandered a lot of toilet paper to cover the house, along with every tree and bush in the yard. I doubt social media even showed the full extent of the prank. Needless to say, people were outraged at this blatant display of privilege in a time when people are struggling to make ends meet and provide basic necessities for their family.

People on Twitter were quick to point out that the video really demonstrates how the Kardashians' immense wealth affects their quarantine experience.

Other people pointed out how hypocritical it is that Kourtney's brand Poosh touts the benefits of a "healthy lifestyle," but she is perfectly fine with wasted toilet paper.

People were generally flabbergasted that the Kardashians thought wasting a bunch of toilet paper was okay in this climate, let alone putting the videos on the internet so people all over the world could witness their carelessness. One person said they were "horrified" by the family's actions.

No one in the Kardashian family has responded to the backlash.
