Kailyn Lowry Finally Confirms She's Expecting Fourth Child

After weeks of speculation and alleged leaks, Kailyn Lowry of Teen Mom 2 fame is finally confirming the big news—she is, in fact, expecting her fourth child!

The 27-year-old Pennsylvania native took to Instagram today to give her fans what they've been wanting: the truth. Rumors had been circulating since mid January that Kail was pregnant again after the mother of her baby daddy and ex-boyfriend, Chris Lopez, claimed the MTV personality shared photos with her of her ultrasound. Sources said Chris was the father again, despite their split and extensive drama.

"We’re confirming the news, baby #4 is coming soon!," Kailyn wrote on Instagram this afternoon, along with the adorable photo seen below of her sitting with her three kids—Isaac, Lincoln, and Lux—holding ultrasound pics. She added, "I’m almost 16 weeks pregnant & it’s been a rough few months this time around. I've had nausea, morning sickness, and absolutely no energy [crying emoji]. This week I’m starting to feel a bit better and I'm really hoping it stays this way!"

Fans have been pouring into Kailyn's comments section, sending positivity and support in this exciting time. "Cant wait to hear about this on Coffee Convos!! I'm hoping its a girl!," one wrote, while another added, "Congratulations let’s hope it’s a girl this time!!!" Others, of course, are asking who the dad is. One inquired, "Who da baby daddyyyy," and another wrote, "Congrats!!! But who is the baby’s dad???!?!"

Followers of the MTV personality know that Kailyn and Chris have not had the most healthy of a relationship. In fact, it was reported that the mom-of-three was even granted a restraining order against her ex in Oct. 2019, after he was allegedly arrested twice that month. At the most recent Teen Mom 2 reunion show this past December, Kailyn admitted she and Chris were not on the same page when it came to raising their son Lux. "There’s no co-parenting right now," she shared. "Right now, he is just working and going to therapy as far as I know. Working on himself."

We're hoping that if Chris is the father of baby number four, things will go smoother moving forward. But in any case, we're super excited for Kailyn and her growing family!
