Justin Bieber Shuts Down Fan Suggesting Something's Going on Between Hailey Baldwin and Shawn Mendes

In the age of social media, relationships have taken on a whole life and language that not even celebrities are completely used to.

This week, Justin Bieber has been posting a series of pictures of wife Hailey Baldwin, and fans freaked out when Baldwin's alleged ex-boyfriend Shawn Mendes gave one of the snaps a like.

When a fan account reposted the like notification with Justin's picture, the 25-year-old singer decided to get involved. "Their friends relax," Bieber commented on the post.

Baldwin and Bieber have been married since 2018, and Baldwin was believed to have been involved with Mendes around the time of the Met Gala last year, following months of rumors. Mendes did reveal in an interview with Rolling Stone that they were more than friends, however, he also expressed how happy he is for her and Bieber and even claimed he texted her "Congratulations" on the day that the two got engaged.

Nothing was ever publicly official between Mendes and Baldwin, but fans were convinced by the way they acted together.

Justin is not here for any unnecessary drama, and we're glad to see him putting this rumor to a quick stop.
