By Jennifer Fabiano

The incident which took place in Paris over the weekend has Chris Brown defending himself…again. Many woke up on Tuesday to the news that Brown was being detained in the French city after a woman filed a rape complaint against him.
Later in the day, presumably right after Brown was released, the singer took to Instagram to let his followers know he was not guilty in this case.

In the now-deleted Instagram post, Brown put up an image with the message, "This b!tch lyin'" in capital letters. The 29-year-old singer wrote a lengthy message in which he denied all allegations. "I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR...... THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP!," he began.
Along with posting two articles announcing he was released from custody with no charges, Brown posted a video from a dance rehearsal. Longtime friend and collaborator Justin Bieber showed up in the comments section to express his support for Chris.

Brown’s lawyer has confirmed the singer has plans to sue his accuser for defamation.
“Chris Brown is free,” Raphael Chiche, Brown’s Parisian attorney, told Entertainment Tonight. “No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the Public Prosecutor of Paris. The charges against Chris Brown have not been dropped and investigations are still going on but Chris Brown has not been sued by Prosecution."
