Joe Russo Says Marvel Studios is Discussing Role With Priyanka Chopra
Priyanka Chopra is killing it lately.
The 36-year-old actress of Quantico fame made headlines last year when she began dating Nick Jonas--and married him just months later in an extravagant days-long ceremony. The star also appeared in the 2019 comedy Isn't It Romantic, and has a few projects slated for later this year. And on top of all of that, she might be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. No big deal.
While speaking to the Hindustan Times, Joe Russo, who directed both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame alongside his brother Anthony, teased Priyanka's involvement in a future MCU film.

Naming Chopra as the Indian actor he wants in the MCU, Russo shared, "I’d love to work with Priyanka. I’m smiling only because we’re potentially talking to her about something, I’m just not going to say what yet."
As much as fans are heartbroken over Endgame being the final Avengers film, which will also close out Phase 3 of the MCU, this only means it's time for new characters and new storylines. And considering the Disney/Fox deal is finally done, the possibilities are pointless for comic book characters to make their debut. This leaves plenty of spots wide open for Priyanka.
