Joe Manganiello Reveals His Marvel 'Dream Role'

The ever-hunky husband of Sofía Vergara just confessed he'd love to play a Marvel character. Joe Manganiello admitted that he wishes he could play the Spider-Man villain Kraven the Hunter.

During the podcast Lights Camera Barstool, Manganiello shared that "Kraven's Last Hunt" was one of his favorite comic book stories. He went on, "Well you have to have him crossover at some point because 'Kraven’s Last Hunt' is too good a piece of material to [pass up]." When asked if he would ever play Kraven, Manganiello said it would be a "dream role."

According to ScreenRant, a Kraven movie is being produced by Sony, with writer Richard Wenk on board. It's been reported the film will adapt "Kraven's Last Hunt," though it hasn't been confirmed if Spider-Man would be featured.

It's unclear what exactly is in the works for the character of Kraven, but at least the studio can keep Manganiello in mind.
