Jenelle Evans Was Reportedly Investigated by Animal Control After Buying New Dog Rosey
By Rachel Reed

Last week, former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans shocked people when she introduced the world to her newest family member, a dog named Rosey. The general reaction was to be freaked out, understandably, considering her estranged husband David Eason shot and killed her dog Nugget just last year. And according to The Sun, Teen Mom fans immediately began threatening to contact animal control.
One person said, “I’ve been calling animal control in Columbus County all day! This is crazy for Jenelle to have another dog! I will call until they block my number! The dog belongs in the shelter before a life with Jenelle!” Another person wrote,“@ASPCA this woman’s husband shot and murdered their last dog and now they have a new one, should be a ban on people like this owning pets.”

For the past few weeks, fans have reason to believe Jenelle might be staying at the home she formerly shared with David, and it looks like the two are doing a bit more than co-parenting. According to sources, they may even be going to counseling. So naturally, fans are pretty concerned.
And that concern isn't unwarranted. The reality star was fired from Teen Mom 2 when David shot Nugget. Apparently, their concern was enough to alarm Animal Control and Jenelle is currently undergoing an investigation. A spokesperson for the Columbus County Animal Control told The Sun, "We got a call about the new animal two weeks ago. We went to check it out as a courtesy, and everything was up to snuff."
Hopefully, things stay that way.
