The Twitter world is, needless to say, so happy that Jenelle Evans finally moved on from her controversial husband David Eason, but her followers certainly are not ready for life advice from the former Teen Mom star.

This was proven on Dec. 21, as reported by PopCulture.com, when the mom-of-three decided to tweet out some advice to her female fans. Ladies, don’t ever think u have to do anything extra for people to like you," Jenelle wrote. "Just be yourself."

While the advice is nothing we haven't heard before, it's good to see Jenelle moving in a positive direction. However, Twitter was not quite ready to let her get away with the preaching. "I don’t think you’re in any position to be giving self help advice to ANYONE!," one person boldly replied.

Another added, "Oh dear, life advice from the train wreck." And a third user said Jenelle was the "last person" to be giving advice. The overall consensus was that the TV personality was being a hypocrite, and that she should take her own advice first before giving it to other people.

But other fans were encouraging of Jenelle and seemed to understand that she offered the advice precisely because she needed to hear it.

Earlier this year, Jenelle finally left David after a very fractured marriage. She was then forced to acquire a restraining order against her estranged husband to protect herself and her children. Considering their split is still pretty fresh, perhaps that's why fans are a little wary about receiving life advice from Jenelle.
