Jason Derulo SPLITS from girlfriend Jena Frumes only 4 months after welcoming baby together

The Savage Love singer, 32, has split from his girlfriend Jena Frumes, 28, just four months after welcoming a baby together, and just days after the 28-year-old blonde bombshell wrote she was "grateful" for the "love" they share.

The 32-year-old singer announced the news to his social media account earlier today on September 23, writing in a Twitter post, "Jena and I have decided to part ways. She is an amazing mother but we feel being apart at this time will allow us to be the best versions of ourselves and the best parents we could be. Pls respect our privacy in this time."

The news may come as a bit of a surprise, given that only yesterday, Jena wrote on Instagram, for the duo's shared birthday, "You are the most handsome, hardworking, talented, silly, loving human ever. You truly make me whole and I’m so grateful for the love we share." - but she has since deleted the post. AWKWARD!!!

Only the week before she posed with Jason at a wedding in Italy while writing "Love is in the air", so the split itself may have been a bit of a shock for Jena also, considering she wrote on her Instagram story only hours ago, while holding her newborn's tiny hand, "I love you bubsyyy. I promise to give you all the love I never had, you deserve the world baby boy," making us think things didn't end, between her and Jason, on the best of terms.
