Hulu Open to Reviving Netflix's Cancelled Marvel Shows
By Hannah Wigandt

Even though it looks like Netflix is ending an era of partnership with Marvel after the cancellations of fan-favorite shows Daredevil, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage, don't count the series dead just yet. Another streaming service, Hulu, could possibly take them and make them their own.
In an interview with The Wrap, Craig Erwich, Hulu’s senior vice president of originals, was asked if there was a possibility that the fallen Netflix shows could get picked up by his streaming service. Erwich was confident that Hulu would keep its partnership with Marvel, which means the company could very well revive the shows.

“Marvel has a ton of titles we’d be interested in," Erwich said in the interview. “It kind of just depends on when they’re ready, [and] who, most importantly, is going to be behind these things.”
However, picking up these shows wouldn’t probably take place for a long while, considering Netflix and Marvel’s agreement includes that the characters of Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and Jessica Jones cannot show up in “any non-Netflix series or film for at least two years after cancellation,” according to Variety.
I really really love @Hulu’s stance on picking up the marvel shows. I couldn’t think of a better place for Daredevil to end up. #BeTheHero, you won’t regret it. #SaveDaredevil

“We’ve had a relationship with Marvel since Runaways, we’re getting into business on these animated shows,” Erwich continued. “I’m sure it will lead to — you know, business gets you business — we have a good creative relationship with them. That’s where opportunities tend to arise.”
Meanwhile, shows Jessica Jones and The Punisher are still alive on Netflix, despite the triple whammy of Marvel cancellations prior.
Hulu has also just announced another Marvel TV partnership with new shows Howard the Duck, M.O.D.O.K., Hit-Monkey, and Tigra and Dazzler.
