'Game of Thrones' Beer Arriving in Time for Final Season
By Olivia Montine

Winter is coming--might as well have a beer to warm up.
With the final season of HBO's Game of Thrones coming in April, Brewery Ommegang is releasing a "For The Throne" beer to coincide with the release of the highly-anticipated eighth season.
The company's announcement describes the brew as "golden ale is co-fermented with pinot grigio and viognier grape juices, then bottle conditioned with Champagne yeast."

Sounds like a brew fit for even the King or Queen of Westeros if you ask us.
Along with the beer being released, other companies such as Urban Decay are releasing collaborations inspired by the show as well. All of this hype is living up to the anticipation fans have had for the final season since Season 7 ended on such a cliffhanger. With the White Walkers, the uncertainty surrounding Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen's relationship, and overall all of the characters' fates being up in the air, it's no surprise that fans can barely wait until April for the final season to premiere.
We're eating up all of these collaborations--it's definitely keeping us at bay while we wait to see what lies ahead in this last visit to Westeros. GoT returns for the final time on April 14.
