French Montana Reflects on 'Real' Love He Shared With Khloé Kardashian

Though the Kardashian-Jenners are not known for their amicable breakups, not all of their love stories have ended up in flames.

In recent interview, Khloé Kardashian’s ex French Montana opened up about his relationship with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star. The 34-year-old rapper admitted to Haute Living that what they had was very special.

Montana stated, “The love was real. When the love was like that, it’s always going to be like that. Friendship after a relationship is something that’s real hard to do, and I’m glad we’ve been able to do it.”

Us Magazine reports that rumors of the couple rekindling their 2014 romance have been circulating after Montana was spotted at Kourtney Kardashian’s 40th birthday party. However, the rapper explained that his appearance at the party was nothing more than celebrating close friends

“Me and Khloé are always going to be friends, and the family still remains close,” he explained. “I feel like we had a real dope relationship―there was no bad blood, nobody did something to somebody that we couldn’t come back from.”

Though it was never confirmed why the couple called it quits back in the day, I’m sure it is a nice change for Khloé to be so friendly with French, especially while she struggles to co-parent True with Tristan Thompson.
