Former Love is Blind star Shake Chatterjee plays practical joke on April Fools Day

Abhishek “Shake” Chatterjee played a hilarious practical joke on his Instagram followers which saw the former Love is Blind star share a screenshot of an article that named him as the new host of seasons 4 and 5!

The article, which was written by Hayley Soen for The Tab, claimed that the controversial (un)lucky in love star was named as the new host of the popular Netflix series, The article claimed that Shake would host "both the main show, and all spin-off and reunion shows too", with the star seemingly confirming the news with his Instagram post and comment, "Link in bio", however, loads of his followers were not caught out with many pointing out that its April Fools'.

For those fans who were delighted by the idea and jumped to read the article, they would have found themselves sorely disappointed as right at the end of the article the publication cheekily stated, "Before you get too excited (or scared), check the date! Happy April Fools’ ?"
