Farrah Abraham's Dad Michael Doubles Down on Defending 9-Year-Old Sophia's Underwear Video

It's not unusual for former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham to cause controversy. The 27-year-old mom-of-one is no stranger to making fans mad, but it appears her latest stint has seriously crossed the line. Taking to Snapchat, Farrah posted a video of her nine-year-old daughter Sophia dancing in underwear. And of course, she found nothing wrong with it whatsoever.

Farrah often gains attention when it comes to Sophia. In the past, the TV personality has been called out for allowing her young daughter to be in the room while she's getting procedures done, and while taking inappropriate photos. While Farrah is considered by many to be unfit to parent, this video takes the cake. And her response to it was so Farrah. "I know my daughter and I are living our best lives wearing Calvin Kleins," she told TMZ.

And now, Farrah's father Michael is weighing in. And the situation is not getting better.

"Let’s see…. underwear or a bikini bathing suit what’s the difference? There is none," Michael wrote in a statement to The Ashley. "Most likely, the people making this stir has a daughter, niece, granddaughter, wife, grandmother, aunt, neighbor etc. that wear bikinis that show much more than that picture shows. How about the millions of other parents that let there [sic] children wear bikinis and under wear [sic] in public – are they doing something wrong or illegal? Answer NO. So much for the prudish people!"

There's a difference between being a prude and not wanting Farrah to show off revealing videos of her child. But we're not surprised Michael is defending the situation. Let's just hope for the sake of Sophia, this doesn't become a habit.
