Farrah Abraham Reveals She's Getting Third Vaginal Rejuvenation Procedure

Three times is the charm for Farrah Abraham, it seems.

The Teen Mom OG alum is going back under the knife, reports The Hollywood Gossip. The controversial reality star has never been shy about having cosmetic work done and her vaginal rejuvenation procedures are no exception. On Instagram, she shows, tells, and even promotes what she simply considers "self care." Very intimate, expensive self care, that is.

Of course, eyebrows were immediately raised at her latest admission, especially considering this surgery is her third in a three-month period. It's not clear why she finds the back-to-back procedures necessary, but it is pretty obvious that she loves them. Over Instagram, she shared her experience (and a series of cat gifs).

The question on everyone's mind seems to be how she pays for all of this work. But that answer remains unknown. There's a theory going around that Farrah is having the work done free of charge. There's also some speculation that she's getting paid for these surgical shout-outs. But considering how often she's paying this doctor a visit, she may really just be loving the results.
