Yikes. Game of Thrones fans have been consistently candid about their finale feelings, but one person might've taken it the next level. According to Metro, not even the supermarket is safe for Daenerys Targaryen actress Emilia Clarke.

While discussing the run-in with BBC Radio 1, Emilia recalled:

"I was in the supermarket and this woman turned to me and went 'I don’t know how you can show your face around here. Which, to be fair, is very, very harsh – she was only popping out to get some milk and she didn’t really commit genocide!"

"It was heartbreaking! It’s funny now, but then it was real sad," the Emmy nominee added. It sounds like Emilia was just as unprepared for the fan response as that fan was for the ending of Game of Thrones.

But the HBO series is now behind Emilia. Currently, she's busy promoting her new holiday romantic comedy Last Christmas, and says she's pursuing new, unexpected roles. Let's hope that when it comes to disgruntled grocery shoppers, she's heard the last of Season 8 takes.
