The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills puppygate scandal may have occurred months ago, but the women involved are still heavily engrossed in the drama.

If you're not caught up, Dorit Kemsley adopted a dog from Lisa Vanderpump's kennel only to eventually give it away, which unfortunately resulted in it being placed into an alleged kill shelter. Although the dog, named Lucy Lucy Apple Juice, is doing fine now, a full-out feud began after.

Dorit recently spoke to E!'s Daily Pop about the whole ordeal, explaining she never thought it would blow up into such a huge thing. "I think that certain people are crafty, and they get whatever message they want out there. You have to look at the article and see who it benefits and then put two and two together," Dorit stated, referring to the fact that many believe Lisa exaggerated the story to the media on purpose.

"It feels like you're stabbed in the heart 10 times," Dorit continued, adding, "You think aside from the fact that this hurts, my friendship is at stake." So is there a friendship left between her and Lisa to salvage? Dorit has an answer: "There are some moments where we try and you'll see how that turns out."

And besides being open to making amends, Dorit also said she has no issue with Lisa coming to the reunion show if she chooses. "I've got nothing to hide, so I'm free and clear, happy to be sitting there at the reunion, but other people that don't, may have a different feeling," she stated.

We have high hopes the two ladies will be friends again eventually, but we know it's not going to happen overnight.
