On what planet is it okay for David Eason have another dog?! Please explain this to me. For people who are just catching up, a little backstory is necessary. Back in the spring of 2019, former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans' husband shot and killed her dog, Nugget, because she allegedly nipped at their daughter, Ensley. There were severe repercussions for the couple. Jenelle was terminated from MTV and their children were removed from their home. While they did get their kids back, they lost any good reputation they still had from followers of the reality series.

In October, Jenelle announced she was separating from David. However, recent photos of the two confirm that they're in fact spending time together again, and seemingly aren't just co-parenting.

Most recently, David shared a series of videos on Instagram of Ensley, playing with a dog. "Dogs are meant to be loved on, kissed in the face and tolerant of children's behavior," he wrote in the caption. "Junior is such a gentle, loving boy like all dogs should be!" He also, not surprisingly, disabled all comments on the post, likely because people would have some serious things to say about it.

But people decided to comment on other photos, as reported by PopCulture.com, calling David out for his animal cruelty and total ignorance. One wrote, "First and foremost teach your daughter to be respectful to animals. Not all animals are going to be tolerant of being handled like that and they shouldn’t have to. You turned the comments off on that post cause you know you’re wrong!!"

That's an excellent point. Of course no one wants their child bitten by a dog, but parents need to educate their kids on how to coexist with animals. The answer is not shooting a dog and then simply getting another one! We're all praying for Ensley's safety.
