Hogan is one the most famous wrestlers in the world. He started his career in the '70s in Florida and went on to enter into the WWE, even fighting against Andre the Giant. By the '80s he was a superstar, showing up everywhere.

In recent years, though, Hogan was involved with a sex tape scandal that resulted in a lawsuit, ultimately giving him millions of dollars.

The biopic will not be showcasing that part of Hogan's life, nor will it try to encapsulate his whole life. Instead, it will be more focused on Hogan's origin story and how Hulkamania started.

Hogan will act as consultant on the movie as well as executive producer, alongside Ashley Zalta.

Hemsworth has two movies coming out this year alone, with the highly anticipated Avengers: Endgame set for April 26, and Men in Black: International set for June 14.
