Build Your Own Custom Lightsaber at Disneyland's 'Star Wars' Parks for $199

A galaxy far far away is closer than you think. Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, a new edition to the Star Wars parks, will open on May 31 in Disneyland and on Aug. 29 at Disney Hollywood Studios. Fans can walk through the outpost of Batuu, and acquire some of the most high-end souvenirs in the whole park.

Per ClickOrlando.com, If you take a look on Disneyland's merchandise site, you'll see that you can now build you own Jedi lightsaber, but with how much they cost you might be better off digging up your own kyber crystal. Each lightsaber will be unique, but will set you back a grand total of $199. The site also shows that it will cost $99 to build your own remote-controlled droid.

We can see the lines forming now, if the lines for your own personal wand at the Harry Potter World Ollivander's Wand shop is anything to go by. Like Ollivander's, fans will be given guidance as to which saber fits their personalities the best, at Savi's Workshop.

The lightsabers will be the real deal, with handles made of real metal, unlike the plastic ones you can buy in stores.

If you're worrying about the cost of these great gifts, we're sure Jabba the Hutt will give you a loan to buy them--just remember to pay him back.
