Billie Eilish revealed to Clara Amfo she tried 'so hard to do good' but its never pleased internet trolls

World pop star sensation and seven Grammy award winner, Billie Eilish, 19, recently opened up to British radio and television presenter and voice-over artist, Clara Amfo, 37, about her time in the limelight and what it's been like living with a constant onslaught of internet and social media trolls.

The 19-year-old Bad Guy singer, who recently went through a dramatic style change, opened up to BBC Radio 1 DJ Clara Amfo in a new BBC One 45-minute documentary, titled, "Billie Eilish: Up Close" , which was filmed in the star's very own Los Angeles home.

"What is the point of trying to do good if people are just going to keep saying that you're doing wrong," Billie Elish told BBC's Clara Amfo.

"I try so hard to do good for the world and do good for people."

Billie Eilish who released her second album Happier Than Ever to critical acclaim this week, has faced intense scrutiny from fans and parts of the media since rising to fame three years ago.

“It’s like you can try to do everything right and still it is like one of those exposing celebs accounts goes, ‘Billie Eilish is getting backlash for whatever in the world’.

“Please tell me how that works?”

The exclusive interview dropped on Saturday in the UK on BBC One, and can be streamed online. However, currently, it is not known whether Billie Eilish: Up Close will air in the US.
