'Bad Boys for Life' Officially Wraps as Will Smith and Martin Lawrence Celebrate on Instagram

Fans were ecstatic to hear that Will Smith and Martin Lawrence would be returning for a third installment of the Bad Boys franchise, a series which kicked off with 1995's film of the same name. Now, everyone should be happy to know that filming has officially wrapped!

Both Smith and Lawrence took to social media to celebrate the conclusion of shooting for Bad Boys for Life, seemingly just as excited as fans were to see the posts.

For Smith's part, the 50-year-old actor turned to Instagram to alert his fans of the big news, writing on April 18, "That’s a Wrap! @BadBoysFor Life - Ciudad de México. Now hand me a Margarita and a pack of tropical fruit bubblicious."

Lawrence, 54, shared the same shot, writing, "Bad Boys. It’s a wrap! #teammartymar #badboysforlife#history."

Bad Boys for Life is directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, and produced by
Jerry Bruckheimer and Doug Belgrad. The Sony sequel is set to hit theaters on theaters on Jan. 17, 2020.
